Babies
Babies are happier when surrounded by calming soothing pastel shades, these new little people have a lot of adjusting to do and thrive in a calming environment.

Avoid busy patterns and strong colours in their rooms, as this will encourage hyperactivity and restless nights!

Newly born babies are very sensitive to colour, this includes the colours that you dress them in. Avoid brightly coloured hats for new borns in particular opt for pure white or cream for the head as the fontanel at the crown of the head is extremely sensitive, from eight o ten weeks pastel colours can be introduced.
