Colour Dreaming

Do you dream in colour? You may or may not be aware of it, but most dreams occur in colour, as colour is such an integral part of seeing we often take for granted its presence. If you are more aware of colour when awake you'll be more prone to notice the colours that you experience when asleep. Take note of the colours that you experience in your dream state ... what are they? Where or on what do they appear?
Colours within dreams often have a significant message for us, what do your colourful dreams say to you?
