How do the cards work?

The Cards are to be used in combination with colour breathing which is one method that is taught and used by Colours of the Soul Licensed Trainers.
Once you have selected your card for the day you simply gaze on the card and breathe in the colour 3 or 7 times.
Alternatively you can take a card of your choice to work with you to place on your desk to absorb the vibrational energy of the colour as you work.
