Colour Healing with Colour Visualisation

 

 

A Colour Practitioner may talk you through a breathing exercise or short guided visualisation at the beginning of your colour treatment session to make you feel calmer and more relaxed.

Colours can be visualised at anytime, anywhere for an instant energy boost, to clear your thoughts or to bring peace and tranquility to your inner self.

 

  • Try to imagine breathing in a bubble of orange light to give you an instant energy boost.
  • Imagine sending a bubble of pink light to a friend, colleague or family member who is feeling down and in despair.


If you find it difficult to visualise a colour you can repeat the colour silently to yourself, this will have the same effect, or think of a flower or object in the colour you wish to visualise.
