Colour Relief for Common Ailments

               

 

Colour Therapy can be applied at home very easily using a variety of methods including;

  • Drinking colour energised water
  • Wearing an appropriate coloured garment
  • Visualising a particular colour
  • Placing a coloured silk over the affected area
  • Or using colour breathing

Read on for some examples on how to apply the right colour to help heal and improve your condition.

Insomnia
  • Indigo will encourage sleep as it slows down the heart rate and has a sedative effect.
  • Try putting a few drops of lavender essential oil on your pillowcase edges (avoid eye contact) before you go to bed
  • Sip a glass of indigo energised water before bedtime (see colour energised water & oils for further reading) The colour filters to energise/solarise water can be purchased from our online shop.
  • Sleep on an indigo coloured pillowcase
  • Use the indigo card taken from the colour breathing naturally card set at bedtime, place the indigo card on the bed side table, breathe the colour in, imagine you are breathing the colour into your being as you lay resting.The colour breathing naturally card set can be purchased from our online shop.
Poor concentration /difficulty studying

Yellow will strengthen the mind and encourage positive thought processes.                      

  • Buy a bunch of yellow sunflowers or daffodils to place on your desk or workspace.
  • Sip a glass of yellow energised water first thing in the morning.
  • Breathe in yellow using the yellow card from the colour breathing naturally card set
Poor circulation/cold hands & feet
  • Rub red energised massage oil or cream into your hands and feet
  • Wear red gloves and socks to stimulate and increase circulation
  • Slowly sip a glass of red energised water (not suitable for people with high blood pressure or heart complaints-use orange instead)
  • Breathe in red using the colour breathing naturally cards, orange if you suffer from high blood pressure or heart conditions.
