How we can use Colour Therapy in our Homes to help our Children
Children naturally soak up every opportunity to have fun with colour whether its painting, dressing up in colourful clothes, helping to prepare multi coloured fruit salads or helping to plant flowers in the garden.

There are many fun ways that you can introduce Colour Therapy to your little ones. When children are encouraged to be creative with colour they not only benefit from having a fun time but they also receive a Colour Therapy treatment that works to re-balance and energise their entire being on every level.
Dance with Colour!

Put on some lively music that your children enjoy, clear a space, grab a set of coloured silks and lay them out, let your child choose the colour/s that they are most drawn to. Choose a coloured silk for yourself and begin dancing freely around the room to the music, moving the silk in the air as you move, you’ll find your little ones will need no encouragement to join in with the dancing and will lap up this opportunity for free colour expression!

Be Creative Use Your Imagination and have fun experimenting with colour - share your thoughts, ideas and exercises.
