Rainbow Breath

The Rainbow Breath works to rebalance your entire body bringing you back to a state of harmony.  It works on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual and is a very simple colour method that can be carried out anywhere.  Ideally it needs to be practised every morning, outside in the fresh air for maximum results.

"What is the first thing we say when we are unwell, run down or tired? We are OFF colour, or another way to look at it, your batteries need recharging, they are flat"" June McLeod - Colours of the Soul Founder.

this exercise will recharge your batteries

  • Take yourself outside to carry out the exercise, first thing in the
morning when the sun is rising.
  • Stand with your feet slightly apart facing the sun, with arms
hanging loosely and comfortably at your side, and palms
open towards the sun, so that the minor chakras in each
    palm can be energised.
  • Close your eyes and breathe in the appropriate colour for
each chakra, starting with the red / base centre.  Breathe
red in and out for either three or seven breaths, imagining
the red centre being flooded with red light.
  • Then move up into the orange / sacral centre and so on until
you reach the violet / crown centre.
  • When you have completed the Rainbow Breath stand still
    for a few moments.

The exercise will flood each centre with the appropriate colour and strengthens
your subtle body (or aura).

If you are unable to get outside for any reason, use our Colour Breathing Naturally  cards for maximum results. These can be used at home or at work. The colour cards can be purchased from our online store.

We advise you breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth for the colour breathing exercises,  as you inhale breathe into your navel area allowing your tummy to fill with air  then push out as you exhale allowing your tummy to be drawn in again, please see the photographs above.

We recommend you read the best selling book on colour 'Colours of the Soul by June McLeod for further colour information and suggest you attend one of our many Workshops and/or Courses to further your knowledge. See Workshops and Courses on our Home Page.
