Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions set out the agreement between you and us under which we will provide training services to you.

Once accepted, and by paying a deposit to attend our course you are accepting our terms and conditions in their entirety.

In certain circumstances we may decline to accept you as a trainer and to supply the training manuals to you, we may not disclose reasons why your application is unsuccessful nor do we disclose details to any third party.

In all cases, when an application is declined by us we do not take a deposit.

On acceptance a prospective trainer is required to pay either a minimum deposit of �200.00 with the balance payable prior to or on the first day of the course, or, the full cost of the course.

Please note the deposit and course fee is non refundable in any circumstance.

The company shall do its utmost to ensure the training is available on the scheduled dates. In the unlikely event training cannot go ahead on the dates specified for whatever cause all efforts will be made to re-schedule training giving prospective trainers generous notice. The company will not be liable nor held responsible for any consequential loss.
