What to Expect during a Colour Therapy Treatment

On your first visit to a Colour Therapist you will receive a full consultation where the therapist will determine a treatment programme that is suitable for your own particular needs.
The first session will normally take around an hour and a half, with subsequent treatments lasting around an hour.

You may be offered a hands off treatment working with art such as working with a Mandala, the Karmagraph or other drawing techniques that are exclusive to Colours of the Soul where you will be asked to draw pictures that contain specific subjects such as an egg, two tress, a river, the sun or a clown plus many others they have been taught by Colours of the Soul.

A colour counselling session

or, a therapeutic colour session

Your practitioner will guide you through the process and share the outcome, giving you further insights to your self and situation.

The therapist will ask you to wear white clothes to your session or you may be asked to put on a white robe prior to your treatment. The therapist will apply colour using one or more different techniques.

Colours of the Soul Colour Therapists have been trained to use foot, head, shoulder and scalp massage within each treatment, so you will experience the added benefits of therapeutic touch, we never touch the trunk of the body.

The therapist will talk you through self-help techniques and may recommend that you use and practise some of these techniques at home as part of your treatment programme.

We recommend you read the best selling book on colour Colours of the Soul by June McLeod or attend one of our many workshops and courses. View "Workshops and Courses" found on the Home Page.
